A beautifully detailed, mid-century Capodimonte porcelain sculpture featuring a rare and heartwarming avian family scene: two adult doves tending to two nested chicks amidst delicate, hand-painted floral foliage.

Bearing the vintage green floret/crown "Capodimonte Made in Italy" factory stamp, this piece dates to the mid-to-late 20th century. While originally configured as a luxury light fixture, the old electrical components have been cleanly removed. The porcelain itself remains in exceptional, museum-grade condition, making it a perfect standalone decorative figurine or a premium base ready for modern custom rewiring.

  • Porcelain: Pristine condition. Unlike most vintage Capodimonte of this era, there are absolutely no chips, cracks, or flea bites to the highly vulnerable bird beaks, wingtips, or delicate flower petals.
  • Fittings: The historical electrical components, brass stem, and wiring have been completely removed. The central structural channel remains fully intact, hollow, and clear for easy restoration.
  • Base: Mounted securely on its original, polished dark wood cap base. The base shows minor, honest vintage shelf wear consistent with age, but no structural damage.
